Guidelines For Parents

To ensure the best education for your child, a strong partnership between parents and school staff is essential, Parents or guardians are encouraged to review their child's diary daily. It's important to instill in children the habit of neatness while discouraging slovenly behaviour. Any remarks recorded in the diary should be promptly read and countersigned. Additionally, students are expected to present their diaries to the staff member who made the comment on the following class day.

Criticism of teachers or the school in front of students should be avoided, as it can undermine the student's respect for authority figures and hinder their learning. Any concerns or complaints should be addressed directly with the Principal.

Parents, students, and guardians are expected to comply with all rules and regulations, which may be subject to modification over time.

Disobedience, misbehaviour towards staff, or repeated violations of school rules, Includingbehaviour deemed objectionable to the school's ethos, may result in dismissal.

There is no provision for Reassessment or promotion on a trial basis.

Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% to be eligible for final examinations.

Once students arrive at school, they are expected to remain in campus until dismissal unless granted permission by school authorities. Only parents or guardians are permitted to pick up students, with the Principal's consent required for any deviations from this protocol.

All absences, even those with prior permission, must be explained by parents in the designated "Leave Record" section of the diary. For absences exceeding three days, a separate letter sanctioned by the Principal is necessary.

Visits to the classroom by parents or guardians require prior permission from the Principal. Any changes to contact/Address information must be promptly communicated to the school office in writing.

Completion of homework and assignments is mandatory, as they are integral to the learning process and academic progress.
